Sealed tender is invited for civil work of installing a lift for G+2 building of mahavir Arogya Sansthan, Kankarbagh, Patna -20 on or before 3 PM of 16-12-2025. which shall be opened on the same day at 4PM in the office of the Director, Mahavir Arogya Sansthan. The details of work is as given below:-
- Inner dimension of lift well is 1600 mm x 1400 mm.
- The lift pit shall be of R.C.C. (water proofed) with floor level 16000 mm below grand level
- The superstructure shall be of MS Frame with ACP well with floor height of 3.33 meter each and machine room.
- The lift is designed for 3 (three) stoppage.
- the work includes landing platform for each floor.
- The tenderer shall quote the price for complete civil works which should be completed within 25 days from the date of issue of work order.
