You are requested to kindly send your competent representative to attend the purchase committee meeting on 19th September 2019 at 02:30 pm  with reference to your quotation for purchase of Optical Biometer, Perimeter, Yag Laser, Specular Microscope, Computer Server,  Solft Tissue Diode Laser (Surgery Department), Co2 Insufflator, Vessel Sealer, Central Suction Machine, Central Air Compressor Unit, Bronchoscope, 3 Chip HD Camera & Monitor + Lightg Source and some Surgical Instruments ( Aspiration Needle, Sharp Tracor, Bowel Grasper,  Reducer 10 to 5. Suction Cannula, Karman’s Cannula, Non Tromatic Forceps, Mayoma Screw) to finalise the terms and conditions. 

In case you fail to attend the meeting that day it will be presumed that you are not interested in supply and further action will be taken accordingly.]
