Quotations in sealed cover are invited for Housekeeping of Mahavir Netralaya, Housing colony, Plot no. 6H/68, Bhoothnath road, Agamkuan, Kankarbagh, Patna-26 till 5.00 PM on 10-7-2025.
- The work of complete sweeping & total cleaning of the whole campus and all building situated within it round the clock -24 hrs. on all the day including Sunday & holidays.
- All the accessories and chemicals required for the sweeping and sanitation purpose will be Supplied by Quotation but it must be of standard quality and purchased from registered firms. Mahavir Netralaya will have the right to check the quality and quantity of materials supplied.
- You will complete the following work also.
- Deep scrubbing common floors of all tiles floor per 4 months.
- Water tank cleaning two times in a year with fully mechanized process.
- Sofa and furniture cleaning in a month (dry wash + chemical wash)
- Deep toilet cleaning quarterly
- Dust cleaning including wall and ceiling
- Fan, Cooler and Ac cleaning (Dusting only)
- Weekly disinfection service in OT, Dialysis & ICU
