Quotations in sealed cover are invited for Housekeeping of Madhur Milan building and campus taken on rent for Mahavir Arogya Sansthan, Kankarbagh, Patna-20. till 12-8-2025 at 5.00 PM:-
- The work of complete sweeping & total cleaning of the whole campus and all building situated within it round the clock -24 hrs. on all the day including Sunday & holidays
- All the accessories and chemicals required for the sweeping and sanitation purpose will be purchased by party but it must be of standard quality and purchase from registered firms. Sansthan will have the right to check on the quality and quantity of materials purchased.
- You will complete the following work also.
- Deep scrubbing common floors of all ties floor per 4 months.
- Water tank cleaning two times in a year with fully mechanized process.
- Sofa and furniture cleaning in a month (dry wash + chemical wash)
- Deep toilet cleaning in quarterly
- Dust cleaning including wal and ceiling
- Fan, Cooler and Ac cleaning (Dusting only)
Note:- Sansthan reserved the right to reject any or all quotations at any stage without assigning any reason.
