Mahavir Mandir  Trust i.e. Shri Mahavir SthanSansthan invites sealed tender from eligible bidders for the following work.

  1. Name of Work  :RCC STRUCTURE WORKS ( Pile, Pile Cap, Tie Beam, wall, beam and slab ) and brick work of GROUND + 5 floor + Terrace/ MumtyforMahavir Arogya Sansthan, Chirayatad Bridge, Patna -01.
  2. Project Cost             :          2 Crores 10 lacs.
  3. Completion Period :           18 Months.
  4. Basic Building Materials like steel reinforcement, Cement, Stone chips, Coarse Sand, Bitumen Paint, Local Sand shall be Supplied by the Sansthan free of cost. Rest all other works will be in the Scope of work of the Contractor.
  5. No advance will be paid for starting the work. Payment will be made on the basis of work done within 2(two) weeks after submission of the bill.
  • Eligibility :The Bidders should have executed Construction of building at least 1(One) work of 2 Crore or 2 (Two) works of 1Crore Each, in last 3 (Three) years.

The Tender Documents will be sold from 18th August2025 to 15th Sep 2025 on remitting an Online fee of Rs. 2000/=. The last Date for submission of Tender is up to 3:00 PM on 16-08-2025. The undersigned reserves the right to accept / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.

  1. INVITATION:-

Tenders are invited for the proposed construction of Mahavir Arogya Sansthan. The work is estimated to cost Rs 2.10 Crores

  • GENERAL INFORMATION:-

Mahavir Arogya Sansthan, a premium general hospital established and guided by Mahavir Mandir, Patna., has decided to Erect New 100 bedded hospital building within the campus with modern facilities near chirayatand bridge, Patna.

  • FOR SPECIAL ATTENTION:-

Tenders hereunder are being invited in accordance with said Shri Mahavir Sthan Sansthan’s bidding procedures.

All tenderers are cautioned that Tenders containing any deviation from the contractual terms and conditions, specifications, or other requirements will be rejected as NON-RESPONSIVE.

Award is to be made to the Tenderer whose Responsive Tender is determined to be the lowest evaluated tender and who meets the appropriate standards of capability and financial resources.

All tenderers are urged to promptly submit a written request on matters where clarifications or additional information is desired before 06-09-2025.

  • Eligibility criteria : Agency must have completed at least 1 project of more than 02 crores project cost or 2 (Two) Projects of 01Crores Each.
  • The tenderer is advised to inspect the work site before submitting the tender, ensuring complete awareness of the work site’s condition and other circumstances. Any claims related to the work site will not be considered valid after the allotment of the work. In case of non-completion within the specified time frame, action will be taken according to the terms and conditions (T&C) mentioned in the agreement.
  • The shuttering for slab columns should be waterproofed and adequately sealed to ensure a smooth surface and prevent leaks.
  • The contractor is required to provide an undertaking that they have not been debarred or blacklisted from any government institution or rescinded within last fiscal year. This information must be conveyed through a sworn affidavit in the form of a declaration submitted to the concerned authorities.
  • For formwork , Agency should not use Balli and bamboo for staging. Agency must only use  MS material like prop, scaffolding, trestle, CC Crib for staging work as per design load.
  • Removal of formwork (staging material) should be done as per IS code and as per specification.
  • PURCHASE OF DOCUMENTS:-

The Tender documents will be made available for sale from 21-08-2025 to 18-09-2025 at office of Director Mahavir Arogya Sansthan, Chirayatand Bridge, Patna. ON PAYMENT OF Rs.2000.00 by Bank Draft/online in favour of Director, Mahavir Arogya Sansthan, payable at Central Bank of India, Buddha Marg Branch, Patna for each set. The cost of the documents will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:-

The proposed Project shall be of R.C.C. structure, having 6 numbers of slab. i.e G+ 5

The necessary approvals of Plan & Drawings have been obtained from the appropriate Govt. Departments.

  • STATUS OF THE PROJECT:-

Mahavir Arogya Santhan has completed the following work:

  1. Borewell–1no.
    1. Power supply.
  • SCOPE OF WORK UNDER THIS TENDER:-

The project involves Excavation, Pile, pile cap , Preparation of plinth, Casting of G+5 floors, Brickwork & Plaster in coordination with other vendors of electrical, PHE & HVAC.

  • PERIODOF COMPLETION:-

The period of completion 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of Notice to proceed with the work.

  1. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:-

No Earnest money is to be deposited along with tender.

  1. LANGUAGE OF TENDER:-

Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form in English.

  1. PERFORMANCE GAURANTEE :-

There is no performance guarantee for the execution of agreement. However designated amount to be kept back from bills for the defect liability period.

  1. TENDER VALIDITY PERIOD:-

The tender shall be valid for a period of not less than ninety days after the date of opening of tenders.

  1. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:-

The last date of submission of tender is 3.00 pm on 19-09-2025 at Mahavir Arogya Sansthan , containing technical bid & financial bid separately in two different envelopes & then put together in one single sealed envelope.

The sealed tender package (envelope) must be super scribed “Tender for the construction of proposed Mahavir Arogya Sansthan”. Tenders received late on account of any reason whatsoever will be returned to tenderer unopened. Tenders sent electronically shall not be accepted.

  1. OPENING OF TENDERS:-

Tenders will be  opened by the Director, MAS at Conference hall of Mahavir Arogya Sansthan, Chirayatand pul,Patna at 4.00 PM on 19-09- 2025 in presence of representatives of tenderers who choose to be present.

  1. CONTRACT AWARD:-

The award of contract will normally be made within 45 (forty five) days after the date of opening of financial bid.
